Reservations and tickets for Casamia are obtained through our website. The details for this are available on our Reservations page. We usually release a new month of tickets on the first Tuesday of each month at noon (UK time) for the period four months in advance. For example, December tickets will be available on Tuesday, September 5th.
Your ticket entitles you to a confirmed reservation at Casamia on the specified date and includes full payment of the menu for the number of guests. However, extras, such as drinks and service charge, are in addition and paid for at the end of your meal.
After payment, you will receive confirmation by email that your order and payment has been received, this will confirm the date, time, duration and numbers for your reservation. Keep this document safe, as it has a unique reference code, relevant to your reservation, which you’ll need for all communications with us in the run-up to your visit.
No, we're afraid not. Reservations and tickets are linked, so you can't make a reservation without buying and paying in full for a ticket
No, we’re afraid not. Once your ticket has been issued for a number of diners, this cannot be changed.
You do not need to choose your wine pairing at the time of reservation. You can decide this on the day and inform the team.

Casamia has a very relaxed atmosphere. We want you to be comfortable in our home, so we do not have a dress code policy.
We would recommend allowing 3.5 hours to enjoy your experience comfortably.
Unfortunately, we do not have a car park; However, There is on-street parking outside the restaurant on Lower Guinea Street. Also, there are several car parks within short walking distance from the restaurant - please give us a call for exact details. Finally, although there is no parking directly outside Casamia, anyone needing close access can be dropped off at the bottom of Lower Guinea Street.
All bookings are transferable while our reservation purchases are final. To transfer, login to your account, navigate to “My Account," select “Your Booking” and click the “Transfer” button next to the experience you would like to transfer.
When you select your tickets, you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction. After 7 minutes you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.
